5. Payments & Rewards

Reporters earn based on engagement and story verification. PublicTak reserves the right to modify payout structures and eligibility at any time.

PublicTak is not responsible for any damages, loss of data, or interruption of service. Use the platform at your own risk.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or engage in harmful activity.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
